We usually turn to Counsellors for outside help when we are going through difficult times in our lives.  We may feel sad, hurt, angry, betrayed, afraid or overwhelmed.  We may be experiencing a crisis in our lives, or a problem that impacts on our relationships.  We may have lost direction, lost a job, feel isolated, pressured, or we may just simply want to know more about ourselves, to find out what we're here for, if life has a meaning.
I will listen, empathise and support you, helping you to find your own answers to whatever is troubling you. 

You may need help making choices and decisions, coping with change, or identifying in a more specific way the feelings, thoughts and patterns of behaviour which affect your well being.  Working in this way will focus on how you can live effectively in the world, being aware of your own needs and wishes.
